Izabella has progressed through the company from her initial role as part of a documentation team to a senior role as an Associate Director where she is responsible as a Senior project Co-coordinator primarily running a number of concurrent fit-out projects.

Izabella is responsible for a team of Architects, Interior Designers and technical staff.

Izabella has extensive senior experience as an Architectural Draftsperson in contract documentation and construction detailing, having been responsible for the documentation of multi-storey buildings to detailed office fit-out.

Izabella prides herself in her attention to detail and the importance of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, consultants and Contractors.

Her experience is reinforced by practical detailing skills and she has detailed building construction and building science knowledge.
