Prior to joining FPPV Matthew has worked in the University of Melbourne facilities management. From this he understands large organizational challenges in terms of IT, audio visual requirements and decanting that is an integral part of facilities management.

Matthew has architectural experience in the several sectors including master planning and accessible design. He also has over eight years experience volunteering for a charity organisation that assists disadvantaged families and children and has trained as a Child Protection Reporting Officer. He has experience with challenging behaviors and brings maturity and a strong sense of perspective to any project or task he undertakes.
