Prior to graduation Chien Yu has worked on a range of community-based projects, event management and film / theatre set production.  She worked in the capacity of interior designer on project-based collaboration for a couple of years and has developed a range of contacts across multiple industries. In this role she gained experience in documentation, team management and outsourcing furniture and fittings.

Since joining FPPV in 2015 and she has been working on educational and government interiors fit-out projects including concept design for University of Melbourne childcare and contract documentation for campus services office fit-out.    

She has experience in engagement projects from research, concept development through to completing concept designs, and is comfortable in a range of joinery and detail documentation.
