Apollo Bay Police Station

Beginning with a feasibility study to consider two possible sites, one existing and one new, this project involved the construction of a new 16 hour police station and police residence.
The new buildings allowed for a greater visibility and presence in the community, as well as accommodating improved and compliant access requirements and parking.
A major benefit of constructing the station on a new site was to allow the existing station and residence to remain active throughout the build, reducing the impact on both the staff and the community.
