As Director of FPPV, Tim plays a pivotal leadership role in the design, planning and delivery of a diverse range of major projects. Tim has specialist knowledge and experience in defence, heritage, justice and custodial projects.

Prior to joining FPPV in 1991, Tim spent four years with Axia Pty Ltd. Tim’s role included the design, planning and delivery of various significant projects including major renovations to the old Bryant and May factory in Richmond. Tim has overseen and provided leadership as Project Director on a wide range of FPPV projects since the 1990’s and brings years of detailed construction knowledge. Tim leads a range of community, education and religious projects and reviews documentation from inception to completion

Tim has broad experience and long-standing relationships with clients from diverse sectors including, local Councils, Sport & Community, Ecclesiastical and Justice. He also has extensive experience and detailed understanding of heritage construction, town planning processes and redevelopment of heritage buildings.

Tim was project leader for FPPV for the master plan and subsequent implementation at Victoria Barracks, St Kilda Road, Melbourne – a Design and Construct project. The implemented works included major services infrastructure upgrade, parade ground upgrade, new bluestone steps and ramp, new commercial kitchens and mess facilities and associated drainage and dampness works.

Tim leads a range of community, education and religious projects and reviews documentation from inception to completion.
