FPPV were engaged to review the existing depot facility and provide a masterplan for the upgrade of the existing facilities to accommodate the operational requirements and to meet current standards. Works completed included new bulk storage facilities, expansion of existing sheds, a new covered wash bay, new fuel and hazardous material storage, infrastructure upgrades, fencing and automatic gates. In order to achieve the clients tight deadline for new ofce accommodation onsite, FPPV proposed and managed the construction and delivery of a portable building, which not only resolved the clients delivery issue but resulted in a substantial consultancy reduction and consequent value for money.
