This collaboration marked the third project undertaken by FPPV at the clinic over a decade, reflecting a sustained commitment to refining its functionality and patient experience.

Situated in Sandringham within Bayside Melbourne, Bluff Road Medical Clinic offered purpose-built facilities catering to independent health practitioners and their patients. The latest enhancements created a seamless, welcoming environment that prioritized comfort, accessibility, and state-of-the-art medical care. Thoughtfully designed consultation, therapy, and treatment rooms—along with spaces for minor surgical procedures—ensured patients received exceptional healthcare in a setting tailored for their convenience.

The redesigned reception area embodied warmth and efficiency, with multiple staff members ready to assist Patient accessibility remained a key design element, featuring priority seating in waiting areas and a dedicated sub-waiting space that boasted a spectacular view of Port Phillip Bay. Digital display screens kept visitors informed, while complimentary Wi-Fi access and hospitality amenities such as tea, water, and tissues further enhanced the experience.
