Designed to support students, TeamKids Before & After School Care, and the School Council Committee, this refurbishment enhanced functionality, accessibility, and compliance with modern standards.
Key upgrades included:
- A full refurbishment of the canteen, ensuring compliance with the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards
- Two designated cooking areas, creating opportunities for hands-on learning
- A dedicated servery opening to the outdoor area, improving service flow and connectivity
- Additional storage space for the School Council Committee
- A direct connection between the adjacent Before & After Care space and the Cooking Classroom
- The removal of access from the Basketball Court to the canteen, optimizing spatial efficiency
This revitalized space fostered collaboration, creativity, and essential life skills, enriching the school community.
