While FPPV Architecture undertakes a select number of private residential projects each year, the majority of our work in this sector is for community and corporate clients. Our experience includes the design of student residences, multi-residential developments, and systems housing, with expertise in critical detailing for manufacture, prefabrication, and site assembly. We approach residential design with a detailed understanding of site conditions, client needs, and regulatory requirements, creating welcoming and personalised spaces. For high-turnover residences such as student housing, we also prioritise maintenance, security, and safety. Through our Access Reporting work, we have developed specialist expertise in residential upgrades for people with disabilities and acquired injuries, delivering practical, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
