Following the approach from the local parish, FPPV were enagaged by the parish to masterplan, design and administer the construction of a brand new catholic primary school campus on the outskirts of Bairnsdale.

Consisting of a series of 3 teaching pods, each containing 4 classrooms located around a central playground zone and connected to the administration and multipurpose block by covered walkways, the school was constructed in a single stage. Taking advantage of the rural location on the outside of town, the school was designed to enable future expansion, while accomodating outdoor sports courts and ovals, ample carparking, and bus pick up and drop off.
